The firm's tax practice also includes services at the individual taxpayer level including tax planning and compliance as well as estate and gift tax planning and compliance.

The firm also has an insolvency practice providing tax, forensic accounting and consulting services to bankruptcy trustees, debtor’s in possession, assignees for the benefit of creditors and state court receivers.

The goal of Kokjer, Pierotti, Maiocco & Duck LLP is to provide services to clients at the highest professional level. The firm is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public

Accountants. As a member of the AICPA, the firm is subject to independent quality control reviews of its accounting practice and has received the highest opinion available for each review completed to date.
